Electrical Technician

Stewart Glass is hiring an experienced Electrical Technician for our Logan, OH manufacturing facility. This role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting the electrical systems that power our glass production operations.

Primary Duties:

• Assist in the installation and startup of new electrical equipment
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on motors, PLCs, sensors, control panels, and instrumentation
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and controls to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and inspections
• Follow NEC code and company safety procedures

Qualifications Required/Desired:

• Associate degree or technical certification in electrical or industrial maintenance (required)
• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting
• Familiarity with variable frequency drives, relays. and automation systems
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends when required
